All businesses, irrespective of how they are constituted (sole trader, partnership, company etc.) are required to prepare financial statements each year. At a minimum, these are for filing with the Inland Revenue, but there are additional filing, format and disclosure requirements in the case of a company.
We are able to prepare annual accounts for our clients in the required format, and attend to any company secretarial formalities in the case of a company.
