Tax Compliance

All businesses and individuals have tax responsibilities. These include the preparation and filing with HM Revenue & Customs a whole raft of returns, information, and payments. The deadlines for the submission of these are very strictly enforced by the government, with penalties for late submission. Part of what we do for our clients is to offer the necessary support and services to ensure that deadlines are met, and that the business and its owners comply with relevant tax legislation.

In the event of a tax enquiry or a tax investigation, we support our client both in providing information requested by HM Revenue & Customs, and also with the Revenue negotiations in respect of the enquiry or investigation.
