Our financial planning arm, Lansdell & Rose Independent Financial Planners, is part of our firm of Chartered Accountants. It complements our existing tax and accounting practice very well, particularly given the considerable overlap between tax and financial planning, and our personal knowledge of our clients and introducers.
Making use of the administration, research and compliance infrastructure of a large and long established operation, we provide fully independent and fee-based financial advice in a range of areas, including a complete review of personal or corporate financial circumstances, with a report and recommendations specific to a client’s individual and unique circumstances in various areas, including:
- Pensions – general planning for retirement, taking advantage of the simplification rules, self-invested pensions (SIPP), small self administered pension schemes (SSAS), and a review of existing arrangements
- Investment – risk analysis, investment strategy for targeting income or growth, regular savings and tax considerations
- Property purchase or remortgage – we offer a full mortgage service, both on residential and commercial/industrial properties, owner-occupied and buy-to-let
- Inheritance tax and succession planning
- Protection – protecting your income, your mortgage and your family’s financial security from death, disability and critical illness
