We review some or all of an organisation’s non-personnel related overheads with a view to saving the organisation money on what they are already spending in an expense area.
This includes office overheads such as
- bank interest on loans, overdrafts etc
- bank charges, fees and commissions
- business rates
- communication costs – fixed and mobile telephones
- energy costs
- insurance
- stationery
We start the process by profiling a client’s expenditure in a specific area by analysing past expenditure in that area.
Armed with this profile, we go to the market and find the most suitable supplier offering the best value for money based on the client’s unique profile. The solution will be different in different circumstances. We are not the supplier of any product or service, which enables us to retain our independence and explore the whole market without being tied to any particular providers. We also recognise that the basis of all engagements must be such that there is no compromise on either quality or delivery in terms of the savings that we identify.
We are also able, in certain circumstances, to look back at past charges, and if there has been an overcharge in terms of an agreement made with a provider of a product or service, a refund may be able to be negotiated.
Our fees are success based. This means that if we identify no savings, then our client will pay no fee. If we do find savings, we are rewarded out of the savings that we identify.
